Increase in A/S isn't all that unexpected...can't say as I embrace it all that much, but definitely beats the nasty alternative of a R/S &/or Preferreds. This gives SS some wiggle room [if needed] & with a little luck, revenues will start coming in to grow organically before he has to resort to dipping heavily into this reserve. Reality is a bitch sometimes...so I'll probably be holding my nose while voting yes. But I'm drawing the line there...that's all, no more or I'm out.
