Sam - the exact wording was on or about April 19, 2017!!
I am as anxious as anyone to get the date, time and place but " on or about " is open to much interpretation!
As I stated in a previous post the company must make the SH meeting announcement no less than 10 days and no more than 60 days from the actual date the meeting is to be held! Also, it does not have to be done via a PR ( although I believe it will be ) it can be done via mail!
In either case I am sure Tony will let us know at the earliest time possible!
