The merger's indeed done ... and was done within the '4 days' as stated in that May 8K Pugilista.
Being 'invested' in a private placement with another company, I know when they have acquired a 'private' company it's taken as long as two years to do an audit... not saying it would take that long to get PixelMags audited but that's indeed what we're waiting on. They may have begun to work on an audit long before even filings came out.
So I suspect with yesterday's PR, Solaris is very close to filing the financials.
