Good news for hemp..It shouldn't even need DEA approval since hemp has no psychoactive components. It's strictly a commercial-industrial plant. It's what is used to make hemp rope.

Unfortunately it doesn't help the marijuana side. Funny but I can go to the grocery store and buy all the hemp seed I want. Always wanted to see if any would sprout. LOL
