If you look at the mm etrf on the ask..they have a huge block for sale at 1.30
I just looked the company up and the SEC has sanctioned and fined this one mm alone over 31 times in the last few years for securities violations.
So this is the type of pond scum we have to deal with.
The companies break the law, are fined and go right back at it.
