Both of your posts make sense. They have been cleaning their debt and even used a subsidiary sale (not affecting their software/platform at all) to eliminate lots of the debt. I think you're right....they might be trying to look pretty for that BIG $$ buyout.
It definitely sounds like they are positioning themselves and with all the attention that's coming this way, their plan could be coming together sooner rather than later.
