It would seem logical to me that if an outside investor was going to invest (finance) they would want to be sure the products being produced by the company are company owned properties. Assuming the company needed 1mil to build out, finance clinical trials, purchase equipment and hire etc. No one in their right mind would put up the cash to Nanologix without knowing the main products belong to the company. If shareholders (those financing) got screwed over ownership rights, (flat pack and N Assay), I'm sure there are an abundance of lawyers willing to take a case. Now I'm not comfortable with the ownership arrangements but again I'm not a lawyer. Those overly concerned should spend a few dollars, get creditable council and do what they feel they have to. It just may be there is no there, there. Anyone know of any similar company property ownership arrangements?
