Good close today. Uptick on volume, slight spike to .02 and settled green. Look for similar for the remainder of the week. The goal is for daily lows to slowly move up. Without news, I prefer this than a quick run up to mid 2's in a single day. That causes volatility with day traders. We have already seen this happen.
