Only as a cosmetic or supplement type approval for now. To have full FDA approval for the cream as a drug, OWCP must complete both Phase II and III trials. Now they could be abbreviated since the cream will be on the market even if not in the US and use data from anything being done in Israel or results from market countries towards full drug FDA approval.
With the court ruling in NJ about insurance having to pay for certain MMJ applications, FDA approval may not be needed at all depending how they market the cream.
