They have mentioned in the past of the possibility at buying back shares, back in 2015. Easiest way that I've seen in the past to fix a share structure like this after they have completed a buy back was then converting a percentage of the common to preferred. Thus reducing common shares entirely. This has happened and it could happen but it's still all speculation.
