You couldn't be more wrong. Most (nearly ALL) companies put inventions done by employees (and yes BB is an employee) that are a direct benefit to the company (as in it is a product or device the company would use) in the Company's name. The inventor(s) may or may not get a royalty back from the company. You claim it was done to prevent stock manipulation or to stop someone from gaining the rights to the patent on the cheap are just plain bogus. and those investors that believe your claim that, that is why the patent(s) were put into BB's name are not well informed to put it kindly.
Just my opinion.
