well, good news..I had a chat with Keith Lee, very helpful individual and straight forward...he missed my call and called me right back, I like that, nothing shady about it. He couldn't go into details about the a/s as expected but did inform me there was reason and usage for that increase and pr will be coming this week to address this for everyone.

To me sounds like a/s increase being put to use for APO and PIPE portion as I anticipated but we will see shortly here...hold tight good things coming down.
