Can anyone shed some intelligence on this?
I'm watching L2 for $OWCP and I keep seeing buys like this:
33,200 @ 1.3298
20,441 @ 1.3281
15,463 @ 1.3201
All of these were 2 to 3 cents below the Bid. Is this shorts closing their positions or bid sitters getting filled by bid slappers?
Seems weird for the stock to go from 1.37 to 1.32 in a second and then back up to 1.36. What do you all think?
