I think I figured out what the 20th is about.
Most of the lit and 8k's refer to a completion date at the end of March 2017. But the announcer of the presentation said March 20....17. If you listen, you think he is saying March 20th. Knew I heard that date somewhere, think it may have been here. March 20... March 27.... March 31... not much difference in the whole scheme of things. And not something to bash the stock or company about. I actually think it will be later than earlier because of the report on expanding the applications for the creme. Will make the end report bigger, IMO.
