Cannabis related stocks are oversold at this point.
At least those with truly great things in the works that will generate strong revenues.
Rocky Mountain High Brands, Inc. is clearly one of those, so support should hold and the pps should move easily with good news as we head toward 4/20 re-focus.
The Feds are primarily concerned with those who intentionally sidestep the existing laws in the state(s) in which they operate. If this is detected, the feds are stepping in, like it or not, because they can.
Loose ends, questionable dealings, Uncle Sam is coming to visit.
Essentially, the big risk is with MJ itself, not hemp. Hopefully the federal government loosens it's grip in the near future and changes the classification. I believe they will, and the higher powers can do this at any time. They don't require the approval of the AG or the ATF or the DEA, only just cause.
