100% agree. If I was activley trading I would have left Cap One long ago

The low-priced security surcharge is added to online trades where the price per share is under $1.00. The surcharge adds $0.007 per share to the base commission. The base commission plus surcharge has a maximum of $500 or 15% of the principal amount of the trade, whichever is less (but no less than the base commission).
Lucky for me I don't plan on selling untill this suckers is wayyyyy over 1.00!!
