And as someone else pointed out, pipes sitting out on the environmentally harsh Great Plains, for several years now, are NOT what you want to put in the ground to carry that Canadian sludge.



Hopefully someone who knows about metallurgy will run some tests on those rusting pieces of shit. Then we can place an order for some shiny new Russian pipes!
