I'll take a price of Cheesecake Factory. Closed at 61.87 today. Doing some extrapolation backwards, they have 208 stores. So each store produces about .30/share. 62 / 208 = 0.298. Since we have 2 fully operational stores, share price should be about .60 once revenue is reported.
Typical revenue looks to be about $1.5M per store on the low side for all restaurants. Look at comparison with competitors.

Heck even Bob Evans which is doing terrible is trading at $60. They are closing restaurants, but like GIGL, they have the supermarket sales of their products. A bit more in line with what GIGL is trying to do.
I'm trying to figure where the price may be in a year or so. I think realistically, it could hit around $30 but a lot of things would have to come together to make it happen. Love companies like this. They are hard to find.
