Space. More and more business are starting in older cheaper spaces and then advertising more. Rather then spending the money for prime traffic areas.
Then we have the housing bubble in China.
There is at the least 10 new forclosures per week where I live and the economy is doing fairly well.
One think that came out of 2008 for most the honest hard working people that got taken down and no one went to jail is.
