Talk about a company in a turn around you have to come up with ITKH.
ITKH is a perfect company for a take over. Growing fast and furious. Large funding ($10,000,000],for additional acquisitions, Key share holders got a 2,000,000 share stock option. They have to hold it for 3 years and the exercise price is $.75. There is a clause that if a buyout were to occur the 3 year clause is out. It all looks great for the shareholders. Based on that alone it is shear insanity not to own shares.
