I submitted my initial complaint to finra. Here is what I wrote. I suggest others to do the same.

I have been a member of the message forum investors hub for 3 years now. As a paying member of that forum, I have noticed a lot of questionable behavior by the websites admin and a few of their users. As I understand, the websites creator was placed in prison for stock fraud/manipulation a few years back. With that being said, I am more than happy to provide any investor with information to support my claims. Please contact me for more information as I would love to speak with an investigator about this situation. I have provided the link to the forum in question below.
