PR on the SH meeting should be coming soon!
I did some DD and found that New York Corporations must by law inform SH of the annual meeting no less than 10 days and no more than 60 days before the meeting is scheduled! I would therefore believe we have less than 4 weeks at the maximum before the SH meeting is announced ( given April 19 )! Of course the last information stated the SH meeting would be on around or April 19 and I am not sure if our airline will PR the announcement ( I would hope so ) as opposed to mailing to the SH of record! Anyone with anything to add or any corrections please post, thanks Bruce!
