I make many small purchases rather than one big one. I'd rather pay the extra 7 bucks commission and be averaging in, instead of buying at, say, 2.47 and then wishing I had money to buy at 2.17

I bought at 2.33 this morning, then at 2.17 later this morning. then some at 2.28 this afternoon.

Had to sell a bunch of other stocks, not happy about doing that but I think the upside on CTIX is so much more than on those stocks that I'm going to bite the bullet, pay cap gains, and hope that I am correct about CTIX.
