As of March 9, 2017, periodic 8-K filings made through the SEC EDGAR system will no longer be considered sufficient to qualify for the Pink Limited Information (Yield symbol) category. If a company has not filed financial reports within the last 6 months, they will now be moved to the Pink No Information (Stop symbol) category. 227 companies have been downgraded to Pink No Information as a direct result of this change to our disclosure standards.
Currently, Dewmar International executive staff is reviewing a final draft of the 2014 10K filing that it hopes to submit to its auditors, Malone Bailey, this upcoming Monday, March 13, 2017 for its review for final approval for permission to file.
