1) Of course the Patent Clarification from his mouth. Of all the ones we can find, are they all protected? Does he see any issues with any of them getting approved?
2) Are they going to do more private placements / restricted share warrants for cash to do more R&D or are they good for now? Perhaps if the cream does not generate the cash they think, would they go back to issuing shares? Would they dilute or not?
3) Do they have more than just the 2 manufacturers for the cream lined up? Is there any issue with the Maryland location not being approved by the state?
4) Michepro - unable to find any information on them other than a Uri Heller. Is he still the sole owner? Does that facility have any information we can view online?
