I'd be more concerned about the expansion project. Has financing been secured, has a facility been chosen and has the build out begun? These would all be indications the project is moving forward or has it stalled. No reason the hold out info if a facility has been picked and the type of financial arrangements made. Debt, pipes, warrants, dilution or a combination of all.
