There's no doubt that some inexperienced traders will see a r/s as a bad thing. It's only because in the OTC, typically r/s aren't utilized in a beneficial way.
This particular r/s is of great benefit to shareholders because it's being used to reach a pps that can help uplist into nasdaq again. There are WAY bigger investors and much deeper pockets on the BIG boards. Being uplisted will bring some heavy hitters and in my opinion, it won't take long after the uplist before this stock is playing in multiple dollars. Exactly where it was trading 1-2 years ago.
Also....look for a Form 4 to get filed within the next 2-4 weeks showing a humongous number of shares that were recently bought by management. I have a sneaky feeling that they were buying large chunks the last few days as well.
Another great thing to see as a shareholder!
