IMO we will be past 0.05 by the ER, especially if it is released after hours on Tuesday. Based on the last news, they are planning a r/s for the end of month and most believe this is being done to up-list back to NASDAQ. NASDAQ requirement is a $1 pps, so folks are speculating that price can and needs to go as high as 0.25, as the r/s is approved at 4:1. ( may want to check filings on that)
In my opinion, the speculation/excitement is less about earnings at this point and more about the value of the company in relation to current market cap, which was destroyed by toxic conversions, coupled with the anticipation that somehow we make it to 0.25 then r/s and bounce to NASDAQ.
Its got a lot going for it. Should be interesting to see how it plays out.
