I did catch one trigger fish years ago off Key Largo. It was the only one any of my dad's friends ever saw there, but not really too uncommon they say.. Caught mostly Grunts,Grouper, and Yellow Tailed Snapper. That was in the early 1980's. After my folks moved to cape Coral to winter, they put on size restrictions practically all the Yellowtails and many of the grouper we caught, we'd of had to have thrown back in the 80's. A good thing though.
