I believe the data was misinterpreted by whoever received the message from TA.
Last time :-
Authorized shares : 2,000,000,000
Outstanding shares : 1.47 B
Will : 1 B
Restricted : 280 M
Now :-
Authorized shares : 2B
Outstanding shares : 1.47 B
Restricted : 810 M
At least that's how I would interpret it.
It is possible that part of Will's 1B shares are now restricted hence increasing the amount of restricted shares. And maybe PIPE shares are in play as well cos from what I understand, those will be restricted as well.
But we'll find out soon enough. I'm optimistic that the outcome will be orchestrated to raise PPS especially if the company plans to uplist to the Nasdaq in the near future.
