Its nice to think that BUT if you check with Etrade or whoever you have a trading account with they now have limits for both time and price on GTC orders. Just need to find out what they are or have the CERTS themselves sent to you. The NEW wonderful world of electronic interactive data is not always set up the way "WE" would like. Its a service set up the way the PROVIDERS deem it should be.
