I was thinking about Gerald and how little of this company he actually now owns. His financial engineering has killed almost all the shares he owns.
The latest proxy disclosed that he owns 446,547 shares. However, that includes:
1. 1,796 shares of common stock underlying an option to purchase shares at a price of $3.56 per share;
2. 17,361 shares of common stock underlying options to purchase shares at a price of $13.74 per share; and
3. 323,750 shares of common stock underlying options to purchase shares at an average price of $92.03 per share
So, he really only owns around 100K shares.
