So to do the efficacy and safety clinical trials they needed to be able to produce the cream. It's was ready to go before the trial enrolled the first patent.
What they want to do, of course, is be able to market and label the psoriasis cream with IRB and Helsinki safety and efficacy stamps/seals of approval.
IMHO, the cream will be ready to market as soon as efficacy and safety results are finalized. Everything else is literally in place already.
