Not really sure about the reverse split impact it is a small split so there could be a short drop in price but it will probably recover. I believe they approved this split when they were on Nasdaq and decided to hold off and move to the OTCQB to get their debt under control. I think they are forced to do the split because they need enough shares in reserve for the debt conversions. They could have increase the authorized shares instead but decided to go the reverse split route.
