I find your silence amusing. Sinclair, who is essentially charged with putting the story together for the FBAR in hopes of a recovery permit is issued, should be told though. Keeping him in the dark is beyond absurd.
Of course LOGIC says a record of this find should be filed with the FBAR and Sinclair would know about it and would mention it in his research design.
