OWCP is event driven just like all stocks are event driven and the charts help to understand the price movement of the event. Will a chart currently tell us how high we're going? Naaah, but it can help predict where the inevitable retrace will stop.

I love the upcoming events and am anxiously waiting for the mini boom, but I will be trading this to increase my share count. Money means nothing right now. SHARES is what's important.

I say mini boom, because the big boom is building. Like a volcano, one day the price will erupt and the pyroclastic flow will bury those unprepared(shorts) , but not just yet IMO.
