Seriously, after all this time....of ..."spot the obvious"...."functioning gray matter"...know the game.....and endless documentation... I'm only guessing...

YOU would be the one to KNOW what they were doing...why they're doing it...and be able to forecast within some measure of confidence....where it's going...how long it's going to occur...what the price range will be....and how much money you're going to put in your stinking pocket...because ...you know what the deal is...you know the game....

WHY WOULDN'T you want them to run it up only to run it down???
