Loser from California Democratic congressman said on "The O'Reilly Factor" that President Trump's charge that former President Barack Obama wiretapped his namesake tower is another example of his "ready, shoot, aim" approach.
Representative Brad Sherman (D-Calif.), who serves on the House Foreign Affairs Committee, said Trump's wiretap accusation "comes out of thin air."
"It's part of the Trump approach of 'Ready, Shoot, Aim'. He announces... that Obama is sick or bad because Obama had Trump Tower bugged, but... shows no evidence," Sherman said.
Sherman said host Eric Bolling may have gotten his information about the wiretapping claims from right-wing Breitbart News.
Bolling responded that a story about alleged surveillance of Trump Tower was published on the front page of the New York Times on Inauguration Day.
Sherman said that if there was actually concrete proof of a wiretap, Trump would have presented it at the outset.
He said the president must appoint a special counsel to investigate his claims.
