Correct me if I'm wrong, but if Will retires his 1B shares, wouldn't that be screwing him over ?

Shares will have to be bought back, cancelled and considered to have no monetary value.
Sure PPS will skyrocket, but what does that leave for Will ?

Will : 1B

Restricted shares : 280M
(possibly for McCusker Shareholders)

Estimated shares held by ORRV shareholders : 100M

Possible PIPE shares : 90M
