Oh Boy. If they secure an IND for the psoriasis cream it will be a HUGE win for OWCP! I don't know what hoops they have to jump through but the cream is essentially harmless, so other than putting up some money I don't see many roadblocks (unless the feds decide it's a schedule I drug with no medical benefits and block the application).
