Read that over there and IMO that's exactly what they found. THC kills cancer cells and CBD keeps cancer from spreading. That's the basis of all cannabis cancer research and treatment(basically). The problem that OWCP will solve is what THC flavor and what CBD flavor to combine to have the highest efficacy.

That again IMO, can springboard to other cancer treatments using MMJ. The global cancer treatment market is currently slightly over $100B. OWCP can get a modest portion of that.
