Instead of shares offered, ask them what percentage of the portfolio OWCP will be and how many ETF shares will be issued. That way you can back figure how many shares the fund will purchase of OWCP and manage for their clients.
ETFs are just mutual funds that can be traded on the open market.
Important, ask about a list of brokers they are trying to have handle the ETF, specifically discount brokers like TDA, Scott, etc. Not all brokers handle all ETFs.
