C at 20 on Monday and it's done..... if it's not already gone. Usually, it only takes about a week, if that, and they're sold. Two different club members owned the property. One was one of the original founders and her husband then the Mayor of Pebble Beach bought it when she passed. He also owns numerous properties and a hotel in Carmel. He sold it to Clint. The mailbox dates back to the first person mentioned.

When we're there, we like the Lodge in the same room each time when possible overlooking the 18th green and ocean. Clint likes the room next door which is the largest of the section with the same views. His son also likes that room too. Nice when one owns the place....
