Clint Eastwood is putting his house on the market. He bought it from friends (and club members) of ours years ago when he was bailing on his wife. Would be a nice spot for a CTIX retreat, fully paid for by members of our team. Come on Leo, give us the first partnership.
Side note, Clint didn't change the name of the mailbox when he purchased the home so people wouldn't know he's there and wander up. Of course, the locals knew and of course the postman. Our club knew about it and enjoyed the irony.
