No assets, the CEO called it a shell, and all the lies and hype is what killed it after the Kool-aid dried up on ifraudhub....grossly overbought on a project that will never, ever get done. The company did a carefully crafted PR with plenty of disclaimers for anyone that was actually willing to read it.
