Thank you! It seems that he has been holding USMJ down at .0009 all day today. Every time the volume picks up and you would think it is going to move it doesn't because he continuously has at least 10K, if not more, on the ask. Even when there are large chunks of shares moving he seems to remain on top with 10K on the ask. Kind of frustrating. LOL!
