I agree more research has been done than what the author released been telling people since 52 week low in december at .0018 one look at the filings it was obvious they barely had any convertibles to begin with and IMO will not go that route.

The last 2 news of the 2 locations does not cost GIGL anything as I tell people follow the facts is quite evident for those that bother to read.

This company since their history has grown organically. The have focused on actually running the company as opposed to running the typical penny promotions many otc companies run all the time.
