I can sticky posts and make other people mods but ONLY ADMIN can delete posts. So if Admin/Joe/Chasing Stars [coulda sworn his name is mike?] find a post to be outside the TOS they can delete it. So even if Janice or Malc somehow did become a mod they can only sticky posts, I may be wrong but I don't think anyone gets super powers here.
