btw .. for those who do care about what NON RETAIL has to show and when
VNDM *reported* 160 shares for the month of Feb 2017 re: PTOI

now what is so amazing about this .. is VNDM had to be *activated*
for that 160 share volume reporting
one long got one set of the duplicated 160 shares .. note even tho' 160 trade
was mirrored .. VNDM only reported the 160 trade
this version was done on 2.7.16

and the long's pick (on bid) on 2.8.17 .. which btw *adjusted*
