interestingly Nite relo/d on the ask again today from 5c to 8c .. the last aspect
desired by Non Retail right now is legit volume .. 24M to 28M *volume* since
8c was last visible (Aug/Sept 2015 shortly after 12500 began to show daily
and 05c was reset into the 4s)
i'm for proactive vs reactive out of P2O's mgmt ..
